Sure it makes teleporting convenient, but consider the fact that Xeric's Talisman can stack up to around 2k charges (I think?), whereas other teleporting jewellery only can hold 6 charges. Therefore I think that it's probably best for it to not be in the POH to be honest. Can hold up to 1k charges ...
